Drilling and Live Wrestling

Days:  Tuesdays and Thursdays
Times:  6:30-8:00 pm
For:  Grade school Wrestlers - 6th grade and Under

Cost: 
Full Summer Session:  $200
(28 Possible practices at $7 per practice)
Drop-In Fee:  $15
​10 Visit Punch Card:  $120
($12 per practice / Can be used at any time during the year)

Days:  Wednesdays
Time:  6:30-8:00 pm
For:  Experienced Wrestlers Only (Any Age Wrestlers with 2+ Years experience)

Cost: 
Full Summer Session - $100
(14 possible workouts at $7 per practice!)
Drop-In Fee:  $15

​Open Mat Routine:  Warm-up (10 min.)
                                       Drill/Technique (20-30 Min)
                                       Live Wrestling (40-60 Min.)

It is recommended that you arrange to have partner(s) your ability and size to be at practice.
