practiced throughout the world, most notably at the Olympics. Freestyle wrestling allows the use of the wrestler's or the opponent's legs in offense and defense. Greco-Roman TrainingGreco-Roman is a style of wrestling that is practiced worldwide, most notably in the Olympics, where the wrestlers cannot attack or use the legs. This restriction results in an emphasis on throws, handfighting, and position.
