2024 Prodigy Summer Technique Camps
​

WEEK #1 - June 3-4 - Hand fighting Camp - Working on Set-ups, controlled ties, and fighting for position into takedowns, as well as fighting hands in top-bottom position.

WEEK #2 - June 10-11 - Takedown Camp - Correct shooting technique into the most important finishes for each offensive shot.

WEEK #3 - July 8-9 - Short Offense Camp - Score on your opponents using snaps, front headlocks, pancakes, and more.

WEEK #4 - July 15-16 - Pin and Tilt Camp - Hold down your opponent using breakdowns, pressure, and pinning combinations

WEEK #5 - July 29-30 - Legs and Leg Counters Camp - Learn how to ride opponents using legs and how to counter leg riders on bottom.

Days:
All Camps are held on Mondays and Tuesdays during the week

Camps are designed for experienced wrestlers of all ages with 2 or more years experience.

Daily Schedule:
9-11 am - Technique Session 1
11-11:30 am - Lunch (Bring from home)
​​11:30-1:30 - Technique Session 2
1:30-2:00 - Fun and Games! (Parents may pick up at any time after 1:30 pm up until 2:00 pm)

2-Day Camp - $125
