2023 Prodigy Summer Technique Camps

WEEK #1 - June 19-20 - Handfighting Camp - Working on Set-ups, contolled ties, and fighting for position into takedowns

WEEK #2 - June 26-27 - Takedown Camp - Correct shooting technique into the most important finishes for each offensive shot

WEEK #3 - July 10-11 - Shot Defense Camp - Defend against your opponents shots using short offense and defensive technique

WEEK #4 - July 17-18 - Ride and Pin Camp - Hold down your opponent using breakdowns, pressure, and pinning combinations

WEEK #5 - July 31-Aug. 1 - Escapes and Reversals Camp - Learn ways to escape from or reverse your opponent from the bottom position

Days:
All Camps are held on Mondays and Tuesdays during the week

Camps are designed for experienced wrestlers of all ages with 2 or more years experience.

Daily Schedule:
9-11 am - Technique Session 1
11-11:30 am - Lunch (Bring from home)
​​11:30-1:30 - Technique Session 2
1:30-2:00 - Fun and Games! (Parents may pick up at any time after 1:30 pm up until 2:00 pm)

Cost:
2-Day Camp - $125

Summer Wrestling Deal!

​Wrestlers who register for all 5 camps during the summer are able to come to Open Mats at Prodigy on Wednesdays for FREE!
Great way to learn the technique and continue to work on it for the summer!
