Our Developmental Training program is our intermediate program geared towards wrestlers with 1-3 years of experience. Continuing to review and build on basic skills this program aims to propel wrestlers towards elite training.
Developmental Training is a great level to start for wrestlers coming from their school clubs, looking for additional training. Focus is placed on teaching wrestling and the expectations needed during practice to succeed in the sport. |

Registration and Payment Information
Full Access Registration for any Prodigy or Team Jones Programs can be made at the Powerstation front desk.
All payments (cash, credit, or check) for full Access, punch cards, and drop-ins can be made at the front desk.
If doing a Drop-In or buying a Punch Card you do NOT need to fill out a registration form. You just need the online waiver.

Waiver Information
Mandatory Waiver and Contact Information must be UPDATED EACH YEAR starting Aug. 1st and ending July 31st.
Wrestlers cannot participate unless they have an updated form on file for the season.
