PWA's Girls Only Wrestling Practices

Prodigy Wrestling Academy will be holding Girls Only Practices during the season for any girl K-12 that would like to train with other dedicated girl wrestlers.  We want to give girls from all clubs an opportunity to get together to practice, train, form friendships, and to work towards their goals.  We invite all girls, from all clubs, from all over, to come join a great training environment, strictly for girls.

Practices will be held every Wednesday night for the duration of the winter season, Nov. 20-Mar. 19!

November 20th - March 19th

Practice Days and Times:
Wednesday 7 - 8:30 pm

For:
Any girl in grades K-12 that has at least 1 year of experience

Cost:
Drop ins:  $10
Full Season:  $125
*Girls who are registered full time with one of our winter training programs
​can come for FREE.
*Girls who wrestles for a school that participates in our Winter Team Deal can come for FREE.

COACHES

Coach Jones
Coach Jones brings his wrestling expertise to Prodigy's All-Girl Practices.  Coach Jones was a Double Champion this year at the World Veterans Championships, winning both the freestyle and Greco Titles.   Coach Jones won Veterans National Freestyle championships in 2023 and 2024.  He was a World Veterans Bronze medalist in 2023.

Coach Adams
Coach Adams has been helping Coach Jones for the past few years as he helps train both of his daughters, Paisley and Presley.  Coach Adams also is a coach for the Bellbrook Youth Wrestling program.  He has a Teal Level Coaching Certification from USA Wrestling.
